Gangstars paradise I heard it from the soundtrack
from..dangerous minds, shit I wasn’t even nine yet
I understood the words but didn’t understand the mind set

Officially a fan although I wasn’t writing rhymes yet
And as a kid nothing made me feel iller..
then riding with my dad bass blasting with some real killers

and if he dropped me off at school was feeling cool when I really wasn’t

Thats the vibe I try to find like anytime I’m the studio
A couple years passed I wasn’t really listening
to rap nothing really ever struck me like that first hit
until ‘bout 06 …thats when I got a burnt disc
i felt it once again when that tyrants first verse hit
I went From 3-6 to jamming to the pre-fix
for Death by necro, ill go to blows if the beef hits
In 2013 I started getting into this’
Started writing rhymes with my brother we were infamous
Me and my bro was really unknown but killing shit
was Opening for juggalos our mind state was militant
I took my own path I had to take a one way
If anyone would test- down for anything but gun play
..Wasn’t the type fam, cuz Nova and his hype man
the type to shut a show down on any given Sunday
Back in them young days we was known to punch face
At shows now I’m only punching clocks on my lunch break
I got a hunch maybe in my future one day
I’ll retire just to rap and never work a MOnday

Really good album, he has being another MC on my radar since 2016's "Too Visible to See" , on this album he goes over Soulful beats from a number of producers, his flow is commanding and confident, "Legend In The Making" was an interesting track, "Heaven is the Place" is a deep and great track, also "Still I Rise.
